From a teenage Hong Kong immigrant to one of Vancouver’s Top 50 Women Leaders, my journey has been shaped by ambition, self-doubt, and the quiet pressure to prove myself. My breakthrough came when I learned to trust my voice, reclaim my agency, and lead with purpose. That shift changed everything, and it now anchors the work I do.
As an equity partner and People Leader at KPMG, I led hundreds of coaching, performance, and succession conversations. I saw exactly what accelerates leadership growth and what quietly holds back many talented Asian women in demanding, high-stakes environments.
With advanced training from leading institutions including Harvard Business School Executive Education and the Satir Global Network, I developed The TRUST Framework -- a five-step method that helps high achievers move past internal barriers, expand their influence, and lead with confidence.

Research shows that burnout is created by both external demands and our internal patterns.
